Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any WasabiDesk service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use WasabiDesk. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they would be prohibited by law.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Card Services
WasabiDesk provides virtual and physical payment cards. Cards are issued subject to approval and may be subject to spending limits. You agree to use cards only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable card network rules.
Fees and Charges
Our fee schedule is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Fees may include card issuance fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and ATM withdrawal fees. We will notify you of any fee changes 30 days in advance.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use WasabiDesk for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the WasabiDesk platform are owned by or licensed to WasabiDesk. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
WasabiDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you minus applicable fees.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
